Below you will find a brief description of the attributes of the different participants and to which, depending on whether you are a session organiser, panellist (presenter) or attendee, you should pay attention. The attributes are ordered from least to most interaction with the event:

Attendees

They are the guests at the event.

- They can access the meeting through the public link, which can be found on GENERAL SCHEDULE

- They will never be able to use webcam or screen sharing and by default their microphone will be muted until an organiser decides otherwise. However, if they wish to ask questions, the platform's chat will be enabled.

Panelists

They are the speakers of the presentations (Master Class, Oral Presentation, Industry Workshops)

- They will access with a link received to the panellist's personal email, sent by the event organiser.

- They will be able to access using a microphone, webcam.

Organiser

He/she is in responsible for the pre-event management and supervision during the event.

- Control the event, create the event, send invitations to panellists, get links for attendee access, start the event ...

- Ejecting people during the event

- Change attendee roles or permissions

- Appointing another organiser (co-organiser)

- Appoint a presenter from among the panellists

- Gives audio permissions to the attendees (audio only).
